At Quantum Leisure we are very conscious that installing the right equipment, (although
important), is just the beginning. From then on it is essential that should a breakdown occur the
equipment is maintained and repaired as quickly as possible.

Even brand new machines can suffer from teething problems, which is why we place the
utmost importance to making sure that any problem is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Experienced engineers are on call seven days a week to make certain that down time is kept to
a minimum, therefore ensuring that every piece of equipment will realise it's maximum earning
potential.

Whilst some equipment is supplied at a fixed rental, (A.W.P.'s Club Machines etc) other
equipment is operated on "Shares", and in these circumstances Quantum Leisure will arrange
for a collector to empty the machine and deal with any necessary paper work.
